How it works

Start with a case review. Go further only if you want to.

Every step below is a stopping point. Many clients take the first one and handle the rest themselves.

The stages

Not sure which you need?

Where are you right now?

Pick one and we'll point you at the right starting point.

Stage one — start here

Complimentary case review

€0No charge

Reply within one working day

Tell us about your family history and send what you hold. Nothing is charged for us to look.

  • We read your family history and assess the documents you already hold
  • An honest answer on whether it is viable — including when it is not
  • Options and a fixed quote if we can help

Stage two — check your own work

Application review

€1,250
flat · written report

Written findings in 10 business days

You have prepared the application yourself and want it checked before submission day. An incomplete file is not refused — it gets questioned, and the proceedings stretch out for months over something that could have been fixed in one afternoon.

  • Every document, translation and form checked against what the Ministry actually asks for
  • Written findings with a prioritized list of corrections
  • Gaps and name discrepancies flagged
  • The wording of your covering statement reviewed
  • One round of follow-up questions answered after you have read it

Stage three — hand it over

Application preparation

€2,500–4,500
fixed quote after review

From your documents to submission-ready

You gather the family documents; we build the application around them.

  • Every form completed, checked, and ready to sign
  • Official translations arranged and verified
  • Discrepancies between documents explained in writing for the file
  • Exact submission instructions
  • Fixed quote agreed after your case review

Stage four — hand over everything

Full service, start to finish

€4,500–8,500
fixed quote, paid in stages

From the first archive search to the decision

For families who want the whole matter handled and one person to ask about it.

  • Genealogical research and document retrieval from Slovak archives
  • Official translation management
  • The complete application prepared
  • Representation in the proceedings, including anything the Ministry comes back with
  • One case manager as your point of contact, with updates at every stage

Larger work is quoted as a fixed price after your case review, with staged payments.

Not sure which one? Choose the complimentary case review. Working that out is exactly what it is for.

What the price does not include

Third-party costs are billed at cost and are not part of the quoted fee: government and administrative fees, apostille fees in the issuing country, official translations, and shipping. Your case review includes an estimate of these for your particular file.

Start with the case review.

It costs nothing, and nothing beyond it is assumed. Tell us about your case and we'll come back within one working day with an honest read and — if we can help — a fixed quote.
